In January 2017, the buildings, land and machinery tax collectibles reached P706, 191.00.
The total assessed value as of January 2017 is P7,648,586,170.00, thus generating tax collectibles in the amount of P152,971,723.
According to Cullarin, the Office of the City Assessor likewise took the initiative of the assessment of Real Property Tax of Tarlac Electric Incorporated of its distribution transformers, poles, lines and accessories under machinery, the first in Tarlac Province, thereby yielding an aggregate assessed value of P120,178,860.00 producing tax collectibles of P2,403,577.00./Tarlac CIO
