Tarlac City Police beefs up security measures for SumVac 2017

TARLAC CITY (CIO) — Police Chief Superintendent Bayani Razalan conducted a meeting with the Police Community Precinct (PCP) Commanders and officers of the Tarlac Police Station on April 8, 2017 to prepare for the “Ligtas na Bakasyon, Serbisyo ng Kapulisan, SumVac 2017.”

The chief of police aims to intensify security measures by reviewing all aspects of managing police operations and Oplan Double Barrel Reloaded.

The staff officers have started hanging SumVac 2017 tarpaulins along Mac Arthur Highway, specifically at Brgy. Salapungan PCP 1 led by PInsp. Wilhelmino Alcantara, Brgy. San Miguel PCP 4 led by PInsp. Glen Santiago and Brgy. San Sebastian PCP 8 led by PInsp. James Bugayong.

Othe police officers stationed at different police precincts distributed flyers to spread information on crime prevention especially during the Lenten Season when tourists make their stop overs here.

PCP 6 member PO3 Janice de Amor Velasco dispensed flyers among mall goers at SM City Tarlac. Assistant PCR PNCO PO2 Jeniebeth Nombra-an, and PCR PNCO PO2 Carol Capinpin, posted stickers with the police hotline numbers at Brgy. Cut-Cut 1.

The Tarlac City Police assured the public that they will ensure a peaceful and secured summer vacation this year as outlined in its anti-criminality campaign./Tarlac CIO
