EPAL – This is one of the tricycle plates issued by the City hall. Looks nice, but why does it have to bear the mayor’s face? Also, did you notice the word “angel” here “angel” there, “angel” everywhere? The anti-epal bill really needs to be passed into law, but we all know why our lawmakers are sitting on it.
