CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Nine drug personalities were arrested as a result of the anti-drug operations conducted by police authorities in this province.
Chief Supt. Aaron Aquino, Police Regional Office-3 (PRO-3) director, identified the four drug suspects nabbed early Wednesday morning as Nelson Tolentino, Noel Ramos, Francis Pangan, and Melvie Ann Abrugar, all residents of Mawaque Resettlement Center, Barangay Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City.
Aquino said that confiscated from the suspects’ possession were 13 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, drugs paraphernalia and the marked money.
Meanwhile, joint operatives of Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Branch and Pampanga Provincial Public Safety Company arrested three suspects in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Del Pilar, City of San Fernando.
Those were identified as Ferdinand Silerio, Bonifacio Galang, and Jimmy Pineda, all street level targets of City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Seized from the three suspects were seven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, one cellular phone, one magazine loaded with six ammunition for caliber .380, six aluminum foil strips containing suspected shabu residue and the marked money.
Aquino also said that another suspect was arrested by operatives of City of San Fernando Police Station during a buy-bust operation in Purok 4, Barangay San Jose, who was identified as Roger Manlulu.
Seized from his possession were 32 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the marked money.
Meanwhile, operatives of the Mexico Municipal Police Station arrested George Hidalgo following a search warrant by Judge Celso O. Baguio of RTC Gapan City, Nueva Ecija for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act).
Confiscated from Hidalgo’s house in Barangay Pandacaque, Mexico were 11 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, one open plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue, weighing scale, improvised tooter and lighter.
The PRO-3 director commended the operating troops.
