Paniqui Mayor Max Roxas signs the Memorandum of Agreement with PLDT for the PLDT Infoteach Outreach Program at AIM, Makati. Paniqui is the only LGU in Central Luzon to be among this year’s beneficiary of the said program. The PLDT Infoteach Outreach Program started in year 2004 spearheaded by PLDT Community Relations that provides learning opportunities to high school students as well as elementary and high school teachers from across the nation by upgrading their cyber technology skills through internet basic IT education. There are around 8,000 public high school students and public elementary and high school teacher graduates of the said program./@lgupaniqui
