The Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), in cooperation with the Federation of Senior Citizens of the Philippines (FSCAP)–Tarlac City Chapter, conducted a tree-planting activity at the Armenia-San Jose De Urquico boundary, September 3.
