Tarlac City – The City Government of Tarlac through the City Engineers Office (CEO), Public Order and Safety Office (POSO), and City Transport and Traffic Management Group (CTTMG) is expediting an administrative project for the repair and rehabilitation of Aquino Boulevard-MacArthur Highway Intersection, commonly known as Lalam Goma.
The repair of this public road, which covers an approximate stretch of 60 meters along Aquino Blvd., will be a 2-Phase Project strategically planned to accommodate the regular traffic flow going into the city proper especially during the weekdays.
• Phase I commenced Sept. 21, 2017 at 8:00 PM and will last until Sept. 25, 2017. For these five [5] days, ONLY SOUTH BOUND vehicles will be allowed to enter Aquino Boulevard using one open lane of lalam goma intersection.
• Phase II will commence on Sept. 28, 2017 at 8:00 PM until Oct. 02, 2017. For these five [5] days, ONLY SOUTH BOUND vehicles will be allowed to enter Aquino Boulevard using the newly concreted lane of lalam goma intersection.

The city government will provide barricades and detour signs around the area of construction to re-route traffic and for proper guidance to all motorists.
