COA Satellite Auditing Office soon to rise in Bulacan

MALOLOS CITY – Provincial Government of Bulacan recently granted the land utilization request of Commission on Audit (COA) for its Provincial Satellite Auditing Office. This came into fruition after the signing of the Deed of Usufruct Agreement between Governor Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado and COA Chair Michael Aguinaldo. “Under the agreement, the office will be built in a 4,000 square meter portion of the Bulacan Polytechnic College in Barangay Bulihan, Malolos City since this is most strategic and convenient area,” Alvarado said. For his part, Aguinaldo expressed his gratitude to the provincial government and encouraged the institution’s auditors to enhance the performance of their duties. “The audited agencies need guidance and we should be able to engage with them. We want to be partners in progress and we are grateful to the local government units that expressed support for the construction of our satellite offices,” Aguinaldo said./CLJD/VFC-PIA 3
