PDRRMC Tarlac in Action: It gives every motorist a comforting thought that the Rescue Team of PDRRMC Tarlac is always there to lend a hand. This photo was taken at SCTEX on December 23 when a Toyota Hi-Ace Versa Van collided with a 10-wheeler truck. A front passenger of the van was pinned down. No casualties, thank God. The rescue team was dispatched after a 911 call.
