BROAD DAYLIGHT MURDER – Members of Tarlac local police and the SOCO investigate on the daylight shooting of a tricycle driver right in front of Cindy’s at noontime, Tuesday June 7. The victim was announced dead-on-arrival at the Tarlac Provincial Hospital which is just across the crime scene.
