FREE ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION – The Office of the City Agriculturist, in partnership with the Philippine Carabao Center, conducted free administration of artificial insemination to carabaos owned by local breeders at Brgy. The said operation was facilitated by Mr. Rolly Salvador and Mr. Fermin Borlongan. Local breeders extended their heartfelt gratitude to our City Government and the Philippine Carabao Center for the free procedure since it would usually cost P500 to P1,000 if administered by private practitioners./Tarlac CIO
