THE FIRST IN SANTA IGNACIA – Mayor Nora Modomo of Santa Ignacia leads the blessing of 24 units of hand tractors, 12 units of grass cutters, and 2 units of mini dump trucks, ready for distribution to the 12 barangays of the municipality. Local leaders say this is the first time a barangay support of this nature even happened in this town.
