Gerona, Tarlac – – Beware,Redhorse’s ‘kick’ may be fatal.
This was according to a man who almost killed his close friend after drinking too much of the Redhorse bottled beer.
Redhorse is a local beer with an alcohol content of 7% and is being advertised as the local brew with the “strongest kick.”
In the complaint submitted to the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Paul Timothy Rosero, 27, of Barangay Manaois, Paniqui was charged of Frustrated Murder for repeatedly stabbing his drinking buddy and severely injuring his face.
During the inquest, complainant Pepito Sibugan, 48, of Barangay Salapungan, here, is “unrecognizable” duty to wounds inflicted by Rosero on him.
Pepito said they consumed almost 6 bottles each of Redhorse at his house and was surprised when Rosero suddenly became berserk and relentlessly attacked him.
He said they have been together in their work of tending seedlings for years and have never quarreled.
Though sitting together at a bench awaiting the prosecutor’s action, as if nothing happened, Pepito said he has forgiven Rosero but he has to face the law.
