The 40+ year-old Concepcion Farms at Concepcion, Tarlac has been the subject of complaints from nearby residents for its “foul smell,” among others that led an SB Resolution for its closure. In this Google imagery, this “traditional” piggery is situated alongside a major river and is a stone’s throw away from residences. There is also no biogas facility on site which could partly explain the smell.
