Tarlac City – Luck or police efficiency?
This is the debate here after the police recovered almost all of the stolen P1.4 Million cash money of Sarah Laus of Brgy Matatalaib.
Laus lost her money at their residence to robbers who broke her bedroom window panes and took her shoulder bag with P1.4 million cash at around 10:30 in the evening last Monday.
Responding policemen, taking cue of the crime scene, were able track down the looters through their footprints.
In his report, police chief PSupt Bayani Razalan disclosed that P1,005,166 was recovered from Albert Encarnacion, P297,000 was also retrieved from the minor-aged daughter Mervina Dela Cruz and P81,900 from Janet Dayrit, all neighbors of Laus.
The 4 suspects were charged of robbery.
Meanwhile, Laus expressed her thanks to the city police for the past recovery of the stolen money.
