The summit, according to OIC-Asst. Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Sol Cariaga, aims to reveal the accomplishments of the TCSD and to present the needs and preparations for the implementation of its programs and projects.
It was also conducted to acknowledge the support of the different government agencies and to strengthen the partnerships of all stakeholders.

She emphasized the importance of the full comprehension of parents to the content and scale of the curriculum to achieve success in the implementation of the said program, noting that they need to understand that finishing senior high school is almost equal to the completion of a technical-vocational course.

Saludez mentioned the alarming drop out rate of elementary and secondary students as a result of various social, financial and family dilemmas and said there must be a continuous monitoring and implementation of school improvement plans.
