STALLS IN THE SIDEWALK - Food stalls along Ninoy Aquino Boulevard were inspected by the City Health Office-EHSU headed by Dr. Ma. Carmela Go and Jose Leandro Ibarra. But while the stalls along the boulevard generate income to the city and stall owners, the “ingenious” idea has worsened the traffic congestion in area and has made it unsafe for the pedestrians as the stalls occupied the sidewalk 24/7. If you want a night market, the stalls should be out (not just closed) during the day./Photo credits to Ms. Beng Nicdao.
