CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council 3 (RDRRMC) is now accepting entries for Gawad Kalasag 2017.
“The annual search aims to recognize Local DRRMCs, Barangay DRRMCs, organizations, institutions, groups, and individuals that continue to render exemplary contribution in promoting and implementing significant and gender sensitive DRRM-Climate Change Adaptation programs and innovations that build community resiliency in the long term,” Office of Civil Defense (OCD) OIC-Regional Director and RDRRMC 3 Chairperson Nigel Lontoc said.
“Deadline of submission of entries will be on April 7 2017. Only one copy (hard copy) of entries is required to be submitted to OCD. Late submission will not be included in the selection process,” Lontoc added.
