TARLAC CITY — Social Security System (SSS) assisted around 130 employers in Tarlac during the recent 2nd Employer’s Day Forum in the capital city.
The SSS Tarlac Branch and Member Relations Department jointly organized the daylong activity, held at the Bulwagan ng Kapitolyo.
“We value the support of our stakeholders as shown in programs such as the Employers’ Day which is held nationwide and meant to foster better working relationships between the SSS and its employer-partners,” SSS Tarlac Branch Head Maria Maxima Macaraeg said.
“SSS Tarlac is also prioritizing service delivery improvements in order to serve the members better,” she added.
The forum addressed questions of employers on membership, contribution, and benefits.
There were also updates on various social security programs and services like Personal Equity and Savings Option Fund which is offered as a voluntary provident fund to local members, Loan Restructuring Program for calamity-stricken borrowers to help settle their overdue loans with preferential terms such as condonation of penalties, and the enhanced SSS website where members can view their records and file a number of transactions online./CLJD/TJBM-PIA 3
