Mayor Cristy Angeles, Vice Mayor Aro Mendoza and Councilors of the Sangguniang Panlungsod welcomed Vice President Leni Robredo in Tarlac City, August 27.
A breakfast gathering, held at Ninoy Aquino Center and Museum in San Miguel Tarlac City, was hosted by Senator Bam Aquino and Governor Susan Yap to welcome and to give honor to the Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines, Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo.
As guest of honor of the event, Vice President Leni Robredo shared with her audience the story on how she started in politics and how Senador Bam Aquino supported her political career from the very beginning. She then proceeded in expressing her gratitude to her constituents, especially in Tarlac where she dominated the Vice Presidential race, who believed in her capabilities to be one of the leaders of this nation.
The gathering was also attended by Congressman Noel Villanueva, Vice Governor Carlito David and local officials from every municipality of Tarlac who heartily congratulated and welcomed the Vice President./Tarlac CIO
